The Minneapolis Pedestrian Master Plan is one of six components of Access Minneapolis, the City’s transportation action plan to implement the transportation policies articulated in The Minneapolis Plan for Sustainable Growth, the City’s long-range comprehensive plan. The plan was developed under the guidance of the City’s Pedestrian Advisory Commitee and contains detailed implementation strategies for making Minneapolis a great walking city where people choose to walk for transportation, recreation, and health.
