Personal Mobility Vehicles (VMP), such as those vehicles equipped with an electric motor that allows their propulsion at a maximum construction speed of up to 25km / h.
It is forbidden to park on sidewalks, in areas reserved for loading and unloading on the road, in parking areas for people with disabilities, in prohibited parking areas, at public transport stops and at pedestrian crossings, emergency exits and hydrants, in front to vehicular access ramps of buildings, green areas and protected areas and other unauthorized areas. It is forbidden to tie micro-mobility vehicles to elements attached to facades, bars, trees, posts, or any other element of street furniture or other elements other than those specifically installed and marked for it.

The purpose of this Ordinance is to harmonize the different uses of public spaces, promote adequate coexistence and ensure the safety and health of people, promote universal accessibility and the protection of the integrity of public and private heritage. It seeks to democratize public space, incorporating the bicycle and other micro-mobility vehicles as sustainable means of transport, offering greater security and well-being to people. Through this Ordinance it is sought to generate the intelligent occupation of public spaces for the encounter and citizen coexistence; contribute to the democratization of streets and integration and equity generation; as well as promoting and sensitizing the generation of citizen coexistence values.
The economic agents that develop economic activities using the public space should program and develop dissemination and training activities to promote adequate coexistence in this space. Dissemination and training activities may be coordinated, organized or executed individually or jointly with the municipality at least four (04) Sundays quarterly, and must report semiannually to the SGMUSV, who will incorporate them into the Municipality's training register, that for that purpose opening. Economic agents whose activities are carried out in the public space may consider the following as training subjects:
- Sensitization about duties and rules of behavior for the good use of public space.
- Raising awareness about the proper use of micromobility vehicles and motorcycles.
- Awareness raising regarding the current National Traffic Regulations.
- Other related aspects.
The dissemination and training actions may be aimed at schools, neighborhood boards, OMAPED, municipal workers, organizations and / or public and / or private entities and the general public.
