Amending Title 13 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Licenses and Business Regulations, by adding a new Chapter 343 relating to Transportation Network Companies

Legalizes operation of Transportation Network Companies. Passed 7/18/14.

Key Definitions: "Transportation network company (TNC): A person or entities affiliated with TNC drivers that provide transportation application services via one (1) unique transportation application system to connect TNC endorsed drivers with passengers for the transport of passengers for compensation and meeting the licensing requirements of section 343.20 and any other requirements under this chapter." p.2
