The maximum allowed speed of the scooter is 20 km / h, and in the first 10 (ten) races of each user, the maximum allowed speed should be 15 km / h.

Areas Where Operation is Prohibited:It is forbidden to circulate the scooter in sidewalks, boardwalks, islands, refuges, runways, pipelines, shoulders, other parts of the roads for pedestrians and motor vehicles.
Operator of Micromobility Technology (OTM) will pay a Permission of Use parking; places of temporary scooter residence, commonly used by all OTMs, may not remain for a long time, under penalty of seizure and fine provided for in the Accreditation Term;
Users will not be allowed to freely return electric scooters outside stations or outside parking spots; the parking or deposit of devices and equipment on public roads shall be prohibited, whether in bicycle lanes and lanes, sidewalks, sidewalks, sidewalks, islands, refuges, runways, central and lateral beds, plumbing, sidewalks, runways and other parts of the roads.

Ensuring access and non-discrimination of users.
Promote educational campaigns regarding safety rules for the correct use of the scooter and circulation on public roads and public places;
Provide users or drivers with application / program (software) for mobile phones for the purpose of using the service;
Make available in the application offered to the user information about the safe driving of equipment;
Make available in the application offered to the user the coverage stipulated in the contracted insurance policy and other clarifications regarding the civil liability;
Make available in the application offered to the user the warning of the risks of the activity if they do not use protective equipment, especially if they do not wear a helmet;
Issue electronic proof to the user, containing the origin and destination of the trip, its total time and the specification of the items of the total price paid;
Allow registration only for users with a minimum age of 18 years;
Indicate to users only the georeferenced points of public and private leasing that have already been approved by the Municipality pursuant to article 9;
Provide the user, before the equipment becomes available, with information on the price parameters to be charged
