An operator with a fleet of between 1 and 499 machines should pay a fee of: 20 euros per machine without motorization or equipped with electric assistance (in particular bicycles); 50 euros per personal transportation vehicle with unregistered electric motorization (including electric scooters); 60 euros per registered electric vehicle; finally, 120 euros per two- or three-wheel thermal vehicle registered. In this case, with the call for tender allowing 3 operators with 5000 vehicles each, the operators must pay 65€ which corresponds to the "more than 3000 electric scooters available" fee per vehicle.

Operators of free-floating vehicles undertake to do everything in their power so that their customers can know the regulations in force:
- Information and safety instructions written in French.
- Respect the protection of the confidentiality of their personal data, both at the time of rental and during the journey.
- Encourage users to wear a helmet and to communicate about the importance of paying attention to pedestrians, especially the most vulnerable.
