Policies and Procedures relative to Zipcar and Shared Fleet programs for Cook-County Employees, Cook County, IL, 2014

Existing County-owned fleet vehicles have been outfitted with Zipcar’s FastFleet® proprietary fleet sharing technology for employee use. This scheduling and access system allows employees to make and manage reservations online, and its wireless technology permits drivers to gain access to vehicles without the need to locate keys, contact other personnel for assistance, or inquire as to the current whereabouts of a particular vehicle.
