SDOT New Mobility Playbook, Seattle, Washington, 2017

The New Mobility Playbook seeks to fully integrate both the technological capabilities–Seattle has Mobility as a Service (MaaS) and single payment options–and new modes such as bike sharing and TNCs into its public transportation planning.

The core principals  of the plan are as follows:

1. Put people and safety first
2. Design for customer dignity and happiness
3. Advance race and social justice
4. Forge a clean mobility future
5. Keep an even playing field
