The City has decided to limit the number of companies to two, with a maximum of 2,000 vehicles each.

The fee is 30€ up to 1999 scooters and 45 when the float has more than 2000 vehicles, but fleet is to be restricted to 2000 vehicles per operator anyways.
Government Parking Requirement:
City established a parking plan for scooters, and determined parking zones across the city for up to 2,000 scooters. The areas were selected because they are the most frequently visited areas, according to operators. This city regulation also requires removing some parking lots near pedestrian crossings and turning them into scooter parking places. Once all these parking zones have been materialized, the operators will prevent the end of the rental of their vehicles outside these locations.
The provider must: Encourage its users to wear a helmet, a retro reflective vest of high visibility and do not ride a scooter with headphones; create a reachable customer service
