Operators must :
Disclose the contact details of the emergency service (such as telephone number, email, etc.) for the removal of vehicles that are not parked properly.
Equip the devices in service with a system to guarantee:
a) Information to users about the areas and routes in which the
movement of vehicles is allowed. This system must be updated in real time
in relation to the measures that will be adopted in this regard by the Administration.
b) Make available information to users regarding the location of the areas in which
parking the device is allowed.
All devices must be identifiable through a unique number positioned on the vehicle in a visible way during use, in addition to the logo of the company.
Guarantee a call-center active throughout the disbursement period the service may eventually have an automatic call center service between 1:00 and 6:00, still allowing users the option of being able speak to an operator. The call center service must always be contactable through at least the following ways: • telephone number, with maximum call cost for the subscriber equal to tariff for calls to fixed numbers of the telephone operator used• manager's app.
