Areas Where Operation is Prohibited:
Permitted use on:
1. urban roads whose regulated maximum speed for the road does not exceed forty kilometers per hour, and respecting the maximum speed of the electric scooter of twenty kilometers per hour;
2. shared cycle lanes, lanes and lanes at the edge of running lanes whose maximum regulated speed for the road does not exceed 40 kilometers per hour and the maximum speed of the electric scooter of 20 kilometers per hour is respected;
3. urban parks, public squares, closed leisure roads and shared lanes on sidewalks, provided they are properly signposted and obey the maximum speed of the electric scooter of six kilometers per hour. For users as beginners, the service operators shall limit the maximum speed of the scooters to twelve kilometers per hour, without prejudice to compliance with the assumptions and places with lower speed prescription.
The circulation of scooters on sidewalks, of any size, as well as on the exclusive lanes of the Light Vehicle on Rails - VLT is prohibited.
The parking of shared scooters is authorized:
I - in authorized and signaled places for the concentration of electric scooters, in supports and physical platforms or not;
II - on sidewalks with a width of two and a half meters or more, only in a strip of one meter wide located near the curb edge.
The scooters parked in the service lanes referred to in item II shall not obstruct ramps of any kind, elevated crossings, corners, service access boxes and urban infrastructure networks, as well as using tree collars and parking beds.

Brazilian Standard NBR 9050, 2004. Shared electric scooters are considered self-propelled personal mobility equipment that must be equipped with a speed indicator, bell, night signaling, front, rear and side, incorporated into the equipment and dimensions with equal or less width and length.no
The public price to be paid monthly by the accredited operators is fixed at one and a half percent of the gross revenue earned by the operator from the use of its scooters within the Municipality.
In addition to the public price, operating companies shall also pay the Municipality a pecuniary charge for the exploitation of advertising revenue in the amount of thirty reais per scooter.
The amount of the financial charge referred to above shall be adjusted on January 1 of each year, by the variation of the Extended and Special Consumer Price Index -IPCA-E - accumulated in the second previous fiscal year.
Safe Infrastructure Requirements:
It will be assigned to the Municipal Fund for Sustainable Urban Mobility - FMUS, created by Law No. 6,320 of January 16, 2018, in order to carry out studies and investments in the improvement and expansion of infrastructure and signaling of sustainable urban mobility and accessibility, twenty percent of the resources coming from the payment of the monthly public price, the income from the advertising exploitation and the use of scooters, and the application of the fines provided for in arts.
Government Parking Requirement:
Promote accident prevention programs and educational campaigns regarding the correct use and circulation of electric scooters in public roads and public places, previously approved by CET-Rio;
provide users with an application or program for access to the service by electronic means, through mobile phones or others suitable for this functionality;
provide fixed and mobile rental points, identified through the application and website;
make available in the application offered to the user a defensive driving manual, containing information on the safe use of vehicles;

Maintain the confidentiality of user data; share with SMTR and GM the data necessary for the planning, management and supervision of the electric scooter sharing service, including that in real time. The operating companies are obliged to issue to F / SUBPA, through digital and encrypted system, monthly billing report made with scooter trips, corresponding to the calculation period.
