Operating Area Types:
During the pilot test the polygons established for it will be mandatory and the rest of the municipal territory will be restricted polygon.
At the end of the pilot test and beginning the ordinary operation of the operators, the entire municipal territory shall be established as an optional polygon. The operator must submit his proposal to the Directorate for approval.
The circulation of the devices will be carried out only in the direction of transit; Traffic on controlled access roads, tunnels, vehicular bridges, and overpasses is prohibited, unless they have a cycling infrastructure. It is strictly forbidden to drive on sidewalks and any pedestrian zone.
All operators are required to provide exclusive parking spaces. Parking of bicycles in network and / or STIR devices is permitted in:

2. In all car parking spaces that are not exclusive and that do not have a parking meter or are part of the “Here there is place” program.
3. Spaces within private property prior agreement with the owners of the private property.

During the pilot test there will be a maximum of 2,600 bicycles and 2,600 devices of the other types. The Directorate will give by email gradual authorizations to grow the fleet according to the saturation levels that are detected without there being an obligation to reach the maximum indicated.
The number of bicycles and individual network transport devices shall be divided equally between the concurrent operators, both in the pilot test and at the beginning of the ordinary operation.
