Areas Where Operation is Prohibited:In no case can stations be located: • On roads or public spaces other than the segments of the vehicular road of the road network enabled and authorized by the District Mobility Secretariat for the rental loan or shared use of bicycles. • Facing fords, ramps, embassies, military institutions, banks, hospitals, hydrants, or access to land. • On sump covers or inspection wells or other elements of the public services infrastructure. • Facing urban elements that may be restricted in their use by the station location. • Subject to a change of road direction of the segment. • In the area of influence of a National Cultural Interest Property. • So that the visibility of traffic signals and the system is interrupted traffic light
When authorized parking areas are also located in the segment where a bicycle station is located, the width of the strip provided at the stations should be maintained, this includes the 0.5 meter strip designed for the ascent maneuver and descent of the conductors, to be placed in unidirectional roads, depending on the width of the track, stations on both sides may converge for two-way roads provided they do not meet and the possibility of vehicle overtaking is minimal.

Registration and payment to the user will be for points of sale and face-to-face recharge, virtual platforms, web portal and user app. It will be through any electronic and cash payment through non-bank correspondents or other collection systems.

The District Department of Mobility, through this protocol, regulates the rental, loan or shared use activities (Free or paid rental of scooters), through the economic use of public space, in order to provide options for citizens of sustainable mobility and seek the reduction of the use of polluting media, having as a priority the correct use of public space, understanding it as a space for all citizens, under a scheme of physical and social sustainability

Equity Requirements:
The provider must implement social management measures towards the communities surrounding the stations during all stages of the project, seeking to mitigate the social risks derived from the economic use of public space. Social security, adequate use of public space, accessibility and ease of use: the system must be accessible to all users in aspects related to station location, rates, registration, means of care, means of access to a bicycle and measures of payment.
The provider must adopt a protocol for the attention of incidents, accidents cited in the procedure, actors involved and resources necessary to support the attention of incidents, road accidents and emergencies. The provider must keep available, 24 hours a day, a person with decision-making power that acts as a contact with the District Mobility Secretariat and other authorities, to meet requirements or emergencies. Implementing the Application Programming Interfaces (API) set contained in the Mobility Data Specification (MDS) standard available at https://github.com/CityOfLosAngeles/mobilitydata-specification in the "Provider" section. The district mobility secretary will be responsible for providing the contractor with the municipality specificities.
Public data reporting:
The provider must implement a document manager from the enlistment stage, where all project documents are published during the term of the contract.
