Summary
Requires TNCs to provide 1 million primary noncontributory coverage. The TNC has $1 million in liability coverage for itself, and $1 million for the drivers from acceptance to the end of the ride, then drops down to provide the minimum while logged in but not involved in a ride.

Key Definitions
""Transportation network provider" or "provider" means a person that offers or provides a transportation network service.
"Transportation network service" or "service" means a prearranged transportation service offered or provided for compensation using an Internet-enabled application or digital platform to connect potential passengers with transportation network drivers. The term "transportation network service" does not include a "ridesharing arrangement" as that term is defined in section 2 of the Illinois Ridesharing Arrangements Act, codified at 625 ILCS 30/2." p.2
