industrial uses; to expand bicycle parking requirements to include commercial, industrial, and manufacturing uses of less than 10,000 sq. ft.: to define acceptable locations for bicycle parking; to require that both short-term and long-term bicycle parking be provided; to improve design standards; to amend the amount of bicycle parking that may be substituted for automobile parking; and to provide rules for the
installation of bicycle parking within the public right-of-way by private businesses.
