Cities partner with Scoop to Ease Traffic during Rush Hour, San Mateo and Foster City, California, 2016

In an effort to reduce commute times and traffic congrestion during rush hour, San Mateo and Foster City, both affected by San Francisco trafffic, have partnered with Scoop to subsidize carpooling. The program is available to anyone who has either a home or work address in one of the two cities. Users will have access to $2 rides or reimbursement of 50-100% of their commuter costs if they commit to being a driver.
