Code Regulating Vehicles for Hire, including TNCs, San Francisco, California, 2017

This is the section of the San Francisco Municipal and County code regarding the operation of “Private Transit Vehicles.” It has its basis in old jitney code, which was repealed after many years of inactivity. The new code provides a framework for engaging new mobility modes.
