The plan for Southeast Michigan describes how over $3.8 billion in revenues will be invested to support our transportation system.
It responds to the many new realities in the region, the country, and the world. Described are actions needed to improve the quality and reliability of the transportation system, increase our economic prosperity, reach a higher level of fiscal sustainability, broaden our access to vital destinations, make our communities more desirable, and protect our environment. Implementation of this program helps improve Southeast Michigan’s quality of life.
