Downtown Parks Master Plan, Dallas, 2004

To make downtown Dallas a pedestrian friendly place, the plan envisions a series of signature parks within downtown that add identity and economic vibrancy to the heart of the city. The plan is one of the Dallas Park and Recreation Department Master Plans, which represent a comprehensive vision devloped by citizens, businesses, city officials, and the Park Board for certain projects.
