Great Streets for Los Angeles Strategic Plan, 2014

This plan establishes a vision for the Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) to deliver Great Streets for Los Angeles that will support economic vitality and enhance quality of life. The elements of this strategic plan will guide LADOT in creating Great Streets. Our perspective on Great Streets extends fromt he edges ofthe pavement all the way up to the need for a capable and well-managed agency to design, manage, and maintain our investments.
