The Center for Pan Asian Community Services (CPACS) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to improve the user experience and operational efficiency of its transit service. CPACS aims to accomplish this through the procurement of a trip scheduling platform and on-demand technology.

This project offers a unique opportunity to organize and implement a community-led mobility-on-demand system in a lower-income, ethnically diverse suburb. Social equity and accessibility are central to this project, operationalized by an inclusive planning process that engages older adults and persons with disabilities, many of whom are recent immigrants, with limited English proficiency, and lower income.
