Summary

There are many reasons why rural and urban transportation organizations may want to coordinate.  This technical brief prepared collaboratively by National Rural Transit Assistance Program (RTAP) and Shared-Use Mobility Center (SUMC) describes how to plan, fund, and sustain rural and urban transportation coordination projects and provides case studies of successful initiatives.
