The New Mobility Playbook seeks to fully integrate both the technological capabilities–Seattle has Mobility as a Service (MaaS) and single payment options–and new modes such as bike sharing and TNCs into its public transportation planning.
The core principals of the plan are as follows:

Design for customer dignity and happiness
Advance race and social justice
Forge a clean mobility future
Keep an even playing field
