The attached permit follows the San Francisco Stationless Bicycle Share Program ordinance, attached below. In addition to the base fees, it sets performance standards for the bicycle hardware, safety devices (e.g. lights), and technology. The operations requirements establish location/balancing, right-of-way, and customer service availability standards, among others.
