The Better Bike Share Partnership was launched to build equitable and replicable bike share systems

The Better Bike Share Partnership is a collaboration funded by the JPB Foundation that includes The City of Philadelphia, Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia, the National Associate of City Transportation Officials (NACTO), and the PeopleForBikes Foundation. This partnership launched Philadelphia’s bike share system with 20 stations in underserved communities. Additionally, PeopleForBikes will use a portion of the grant to aid bike share operators, cities, and local nonprofits to increase bike share usage in their underserved communities.
