Summary

The City of Seattle has partnered with Lyft to launch “You Drink. We Drive” pilot program, which aims at preventing impaired driving. The partners will join forces at events throughout 2016 to encourage people over 21 to use safe travel options if and when they plan to consume alcohol. The pilot program will kick off on December 30th, 2015. Targeting New Year’s Eve, discounted cards will be handed out. Also, Lyft is offering a 2 times Prime Time surge cap during New Years. This program reflects Seattle’s Vision Zero goal.
