E-Scooter Pilot Evaluation, Chicago, IL, 2020

In January 2020, the City of Chicago released the evaluation for the four month e-scooter pilot that took place from July to October 2019. The report features findings pertaining to e-scooter usage patters, the impact of weather, and feedback from online surveys and other methods. The report concludes that the City will leverage these critical findings for a second pilot to be launched in 2020.
