An Ordinance Adopting a Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) Plan, Seattle, Washington, 1993

In this ordinance, Seattle implements the measures framed by the Washington State Commute Trip Reduction Law (1991), setting the threshold for “large employers” at 100 full-time employees, as defined. Sets means of measurement for both the base year, and moving forward, as well as reporting standards.
