Lessons Learned from BlueIndy: An EV Shared-Use Mobility Case Study, Atlas Public Policy, 2017

The linked report is a case study of the BlueIndy electric vehicle (EV) car sharing program in Indianapolis, Indiana. As of this writing, it is the largest car sharing program in the US. Although partially funded by the city and Indianapolis Power and Light, the bulk of the funds come from the French operator Bolloré, which sees the program as a demonstration for expansion into additional markets in the US.
