On-demand microtransit pilot program in Grove City, OH, 2019

The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) has partnered with Grove City, OH and microtransit service Via for a year-long on-demand ridesharing pilot program. The service, dubbed “COTA-Plus”, offers rides in 6-person vans driven by COTA drivers. Trips are free if riding to or from select public transit stops, or $3 if traveling elsewhere withing the service area in central Grove City. Passengers can request rides on the COTA-Plus app or via phone, and can expect pick-up within 15 minutes.
