Legislation authorizing a free-floating carshare pilot program in which carshare vehicles may park within a defined geographic area in the right-of-way rather than in an assigned space. The ordinance required that the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) prepare a report on the pilot program after one year of operation. Car-Sharing operator pays for parking thru a permit fee.
